Molto is dedicated with commitment and passion to the search for Italian products, preferably from the Lazio region, in season and fresh.
Vegetables and fruit are organically grown and come directly from the family garden. All other supplies come from carefully selected companies. The excellent raw materials are destined for creative cuisine that is faithful to the most ancient traditions, directed by Chef Paolo Castrignano.
The contemporary and international note of Molto also allows us to make proposals borrowed from other cultures, for particular and surprising events.
Our food proposal includes preparations for Food Station (buffet) and for table service.
